VMware is a Sotware that can make a virtual computer, where in one machine can create multiple virtual machines. So that can reduce company expenses. But because the quality of a virtual computer will be slightly different from the actual computer. So VMware is usually only serves as a backup server computer or server mirroring.

VMware is divided into several different classes and with different features as well as the price of licenses. In some VMware already available features to create a mirror server, but if the feature does not exist, you can use the following tips:

The following tips you can use for mirroring the data on your server, so if your server has a problem you can simply turn on your backup server and the data on the server will remain the same. 

So you need a computer that serves as a bridge data, why? because in one network can not use two same hostname and IP. Maybe you still confused? OK I will explain with pictures.

 

 So the LAN card installed in your PC converter is twofold. One LAN card function for connecting to the LAN and one LAN card serves to connect the converter PC to a backup server with a different IP class, so it will not bring the host or IP conflicts.

to add a LAN card in your PC VMware converter you just add the LAN settings in the edit menu> add hardware see the following picture:

  

 do the same on the backup server or in pictures server1 IP class premises and the contents of which are in settings with a different class.
